Format and Cost
A coaching session is a one-on-one, totally confidential session that lasts 30-40 minutes and can be either
in person or on the phone, making it possible to coach anyone worldwide.
The fee is $50 per session or an introductory special of 5 sessions for $199 (plus GST for new clients only).
- The coach and client give feedback to each other. Often a client makes a commitment to take some accountable actions for the week.
- The best way to experience the benefits and power of coaching is to participate in a complementary coaching session.
- A commitment to at least 4 or 5 coaching sessions allows the opportunity to really build on and reap the benefits of the coaching relationship.
Coaching sessions are scheduled at your convenience usually on a weekly or semi-weekly basis.
